Erie St. Clair End-of-Life Care Network: Hospice Palliative Care Education Blueprint Project
Bright Harbour Partners helped develop and analyze the results from a survey on gaps and needs with respect to palliative and end-of-life care education. The survey findings and subsequent Focus Group work led to the development of 20 recommendations to improve education and ultimately palliative and end-of-life care across Erie St. Clair. BHP is currently working to lead and support eight projects under the Erie St. Clair Hospice Palliative Care Blueprint initiative.

Cambridge Neighbourhood Associations: Merger, new Name
Facilitated merger of 2 neighbourhood associations, through strategic planning, meeting facilitation, communication support, and, most recently, leading a collaborative process for renaming the newly-merged organization.

Children's Water Education Council: Strategic planning
Strategic planning design and facilitation for a rapidly growing province wide organization that develops, introduces, supports and promotes water education for junior and senior elementary and secondary school students.
